Jamie Fleming -Trustee

Jamie began her Teamster career at the IBT headquarters in Washington, DC, in 2007. In 2017, she joined Teamsters Local 174, where she currently holds the positions of Director of Communications and Research, and since 2024, Business Agent. Jamie is a Founding Member and the President of the Teamsters Local 174 LGBTQ+ Caucus, as well as a Founding Member and the Recording Secretary of the Sisterhood of 174. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown University, earning a double major in International Business and Finance, and is fluent in both French and Mandarin Chinese. As a trustee for the Teamsters LGBTQ+ Caucus, Jamie exhibits strong leadership, communication skills, and a dedicated commitment to ensuring that LGBTQ+ Teamsters are represented, supported, and heard.
