 We are proud to introduce Doraifay Estrada as the new Southwest Director of the LGBTQ+ IBT Caucus. A distinguished member of Teamsters Local 399, Doraifay has dedicated her career to championing the rights and representation of the LGBTQ+ community within the labor movement.

With years of pioneering experience, Doraifay brings a unique perspective shaped by her commitment to diversity and inclusivity. Her understanding of the challenges and triumphs faced by marginalized voices will be invaluable in her new role.
